Purpose
Information you send to Frostline is used to review your needs, respond, prepare a quote and, if an order is agreed, coordinate fulfillment and support. Do not include payment details, identity documents or access codes.
Google Analytics
Analytics cookies are optional. If you allow them, Google Analytics 4 can measure visits, device information and general actions such as preparing a message or opening a contact channel. It uses browser identifiers and should not be described as fully anonymous. Custom events do not include your name, email, phone, ZIP code or request text.
Your preferences
You can accept or decline analytics and change your decision using “Cookie preferences” in the footer. Declining does not prevent use of the request form. Your preference is stored in this browser; the analytics library does not load before you accept. Local site tests do not send these events to the production property.
WhatsApp and email
When you choose a channel, the draft is transferred to WhatsApp or your email app. Those services apply their own terms. Opening the app does not establish that the message was sent or received.
Records and questions
Once sent, your message may be retained in the communication channels and operational records used to assist you. To ask about, correct or request deletion of information, contact Alexis at alexis@frostlinemiami.com. Retention or deletion may depend on applicable business obligations.
