Billing, purchasing requirements and changes
Tell us if you need an invoice, purchase-order reference or supplier documentation. The proposal must identify the billing entity, payment and cancellation terms before an order is accepted.
For changes or an issue, contact Frostline with the reference and details. The delivery contact and issue-handling process are agreed in the proposal.
